Dice rolling is broken!

I play the actual board game and the dice results are actually pretty balanced. In the app version of the game the dice rolling is just plain broken. Its really no fun to play because you miss 75 percent of the time. The AI only misses about 10 percent of the time. Its really frustrating and not fun.
